Our Services
For most organizations email is the most critical communication channel: quotes, orders, contracts and official correspondence flow through it. We add layers on top of your existing system without changing it; so that mail is not lost even if your server goes down, your outgoing mail lands in the recipient's mailbox and the malicious stays at the door. If you want to move to our own infrastructure, we migrate your email: mailboxes, folders and address books are transferred without the user losing anything.
The following happen sooner or later in every organization. What they all have in common is that email flow depends on a single server.
Mail sent during maintenance, a power cut or an internet outage bounces back. The other party says "I couldn't reach you" and you are not even aware.
Because of a single infected computer or a neighboring IP, the mail you send is rejected by the other side's server.
Ransomware disguised as invoices and fake payment instructions come straight in front of the employee.
Meetings are on everyone's own phone, address books in Excel. There is no shared calendar or company directory.
Each can be taken on its own; taken together, all incoming and outgoing traffic is protected.
Mail sent to you while your server is offline is queued on our backup mail server. When your system returns, it is delivered automatically in the order it arrived. The sender never receives an error.
All your outgoing mail is sent through our relay infrastructure whose reputation is monitored. Even if your own IP gets blacklisted, your mail continues to reach the other side.
Your email traffic passes through Proxmox Mail Gateway on our infrastructure. Spam is filtered and malicious attachments are blocked before they reach the mailbox.
A security layer configured on ParaBox for organizations that use Exchange. OWA, MAPI and Autodiscover connections are placed behind a WAF; Windows-based attacks hit a Linux wall.
Our infrastructure supports the Exchange ActiveSync protocol. Mail, calendars and contacts work in sync in a single account; the team shares a common calendar and a common contact book. Whether iPhone, Android or Outlook, a change made on one device shows up instantly on the others. Unlike IMAP, ActiveSync carries not only mail but also calendars and contacts; the user sets up a single account on their device, with no need for a separate calendar subscription or a CSV import of the address book.
In most organizations the transition is completed in a maintenance window that users never notice.
We map your mail server, domain name, MX and SPF records and daily mail volume.
We decide together which service is needed. We do not recommend what is unnecessary; in most organizations SME and Smart Host are enough.
We prepare our side; on your side usually one DNS record or a one-line relay setting changes. We verify with test mail.
We monitor queue, delivery and spam statistics. When there is a problem, we are your first contact.
We are not a provider that sells mass packages. We work with a small number of organizations, getting to know their setup. The feedback we hear most is this: "When we call, we reach the technical team without waiting."
There is no ticket queue, no operator reading from a script, no "I passed it on to the relevant department" answer. You reach the colleague who knows the subject and talk through the solution with them.
You don't have to explain your system from scratch every time. Whoever set up your server is the one who looks at it when a problem occurs, and they approach it knowing its history.
If your need doesn't fit a standard package, we change the setup, not the package. As a team that has been in the field for years, we design the solution around your process.
Describe your current setup; we will say which layer you really need and prepare an organization-specific quote.
