Our Company holds the status of data controller under the KVKK and is obliged to ensure the security of personal data.
During your visit to our website or your communication with us, the following types of personal data may be processed:

Under Law No. 5651, as a hosting provider we are obliged to keep traffic records for at least 1 year and at most 2 years. This log data can be shared only in line with the legal requests of authorized public institutions; it is not used for commercial or marketing purposes.
Your personal data may be shared with the following persons and institutions:
• Public institutions and courts authorized by law,
• Our technical service providers in Turkey or abroad (for example data center, SSL certificate, email or backup services).
Other than this, your personal data is not shared with third parties; it is not used for marketing or profiling.
Our Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.
The measures applied in this scope include the following:

Data is obtained through channels such as the office or mail, phone or call center, email, the website and online forms (ParaCMS), support portals, contract or order processes, training or event registrations and business card sharing; by automatic or non-automatic means, in electronic or physical form.
Special categories of personal data are processed only in accordance with the conditions of Art. 6 of the KVKK and with the necessary technical / administrative measures taken.
Your data may be transferred, in accordance with Art. 8 of the KVKK, to suppliers, business partners (hosting, cloud, email or message management, call center, integration, legal or audit services, etc.), authorized public institutions and organizations, judicial authorities, finance or payment institutions and companies within the scope of a group / partnership. If a transfer abroad is involved, the Board's decisions and transfer conditions are observed within the framework of Art. 9 of the KVKK; your explicit consent is obtained when necessary.
Personal data is kept for the periods provided in the relevant legislation (e.g. the Turkish Commercial Code, the Tax Procedure Law) or for as long as the purpose of processing requires; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Under Article 13 of the KVKK, you can submit your requests in writing to the address “Ceyhun Atuf Kansu Cad. Your applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
