Features Not Found in Common Panels

All are server-side; phone, Outlook or webmail; they work independently of the user's mail program. Calendars and contacts also sync from the same account with ActiveSync.

Shared Calendar and Contacts — ActiveSync / Exchange Compatibility New

ParaPanel now supports the Exchange ActiveSync protocol: mail, calendars and contacts work in sync in a single account on all devices. The team shares a common calendar and a common contact book; when a meeting or contact record changes, iPhone, Android and Outlook update instantly. The user sets up a single account on their phone — no need for a separate calendar subscription or moving the address book by CSV.

Shared calendar and contact sharing is normally the domain of Exchange licenses or cloud plans paid monthly per user; in ParaPanel it is inside the hosting package.

Corporate Email Signature

The signature template is designed centrally; name, title and phone are personalized per mailbox. The logo is embedded in the mail, is not affected by the "show images" block and DKIM is not broken. Whichever device it is sent from, the signature looks the same.

Normally the domain of separate SaaS products paid monthly per user; it is not built in to common panels.

Email Archive

Every incoming and outgoing mail is automatically stored in a central archive that users cannot access. Even if the user deletes it, the archive copy stays; the correspondence of departing staff stays with the company, and correspondence evidence can be presented in a dispute.

Normally a product that requires a separate server and license; it is not built in to common panels.

Legal Disclaimer

An automatic legal text under all mail leaving the domain: confidentiality notice, KVKK link, registry details. It is added on the server; the user cannot forget or delete it. When the text changes it is reflected to everyone at the same time.

Like the signature, it is a separate paid product category; it is not found in panels.

Mail GeoIP Lock

Mail logins (IMAP/POP3/SMTP/webmail) are restricted by country and IP; exceptions are defined per person. Most leaked passwords are tried from overseas botnets; the country lock stops these logins even if the password is correct.

Panels that apply a GeoIP lock to mail sessions are almost nonexistent on the market.

Delivery Log and Proof of Delivery

The panel shows the delivery status of every message in clear Turkish, including the recipient server's acceptance response, delivery time, and any failure reason, such as "mailbox full" or "recipient not found." This eliminates the back-and-forth of asking whether an email was received.

Mail logs are normally technical files that only the server administrator accesses; there are hardly any panels that offer this to the end user.

Email Tracking (Journaling)

A copy of all incoming and outgoing mail of the selected mailboxes is automatically forwarded to a separate address for audit purposes; the user cannot turn it off. Critical mailboxes become auditable and in a suspicious case a trail can be followed.

The counterpart of the "journaling" feature of enterprise email platforms; it does not exist in hosting panels.

Panel GeoIP Lock + 2FA

Panel logins are also locked to a country, with exceptions per user; two-step verification is standard. Your account cannot even be tried from outside the defined country and IP.

Sending Brake and Anomaly Detection

An hourly/daily limit per account stops a spam flood in the first minute; when a login to the same account from different countries is detected, the administrator gets an instant alert and a one-click lock.

Per-Mailbox Access Switches

Receiving, sending, IMAP, POP3, SMTP; switched on and off mailbox by mailbox: the noreply@ scenario, archive-only mailboxes, the no-login mailbox of a departed employee.

Mail Password Policy

Mandatory renewal period, automatic reminder as the period approaches, blocking of the last 3 passwords, a secure renewal page; at the mailbox level.

Dual-Engine Spam + Antivirus

rspamd ↔ SpamAssassin is chosen with one click from the panel; user preferences are preserved on both engines. Postscreen filters out bots at the door and ClamAV scans attachments.

Deliverability + Blacklist

SPF, DKIM (one-click key renewal), DMARC and MTA-STS with one-click setup; the RBL blacklist status of the server/domain is monitored from the panel.

Yes. With ActiveSync/Exchange support, mail, calendars and contacts are synchronized in a single account; the shared calendar and common contact book are shared with the team, and the change made shows instantly on iPhone, Android and Outlook.

Does my email signature appear on every device?

Yes. The signature is added on the server, so it appears consistently whether the message is sent from a phone, Outlook, or webmail.

Can I recover a deleted email?

Yes, if the archive feature is on; the archive copy stays even if the user deletes it.
